Dear Canadian Human Right Organization,
I am submitting this to you with my believe that the Canadian society is the most permissive and fair society in the world. Your Organization’s record in defending the right of all human beings motivated me to write this to you with my case.
I learned from The Canadian College website about the educational and training program offered for candidates seeking work and integration in the Canadian society. Immediately, I applied to the Canadian College branch in Cairo, Egypt . The people in charge were most helpful and accommodating and provided me with all terms and conditions in addition to details and fees applicable to enroll. I accepted all conditions and started procedure.
The responsible in the office asked me to start the program in Egypt for four months before I take my trip to Canada to fulfill the remaining procedure of the program to prove my sincerity and seriousness .Also to show my ability to honor all requirements. This has been welcomed by the office personals.
I received the certificate at the end of the of this 4-month training and was asked to submit all documents required and paid all fees needed for the training and education that I went through. I was also asked to apply for the Canadian visa at the Embassy.
Later I was shocked to learn that the Embassy has refused granting me the visa! The reason mentioned for that was that the Embassy was doubting that I will not return to my country after terminating my program in Canada despite my acceptance of all conditions set by the College and the Canadian consulate.
I can see no reason for turning down my request except that it was based on discriminatory reasons that is contrary to the principles of the Canadian spirit and free society.
I am also questioning now the creditability of the Canadian educational institutions since they have failed to keep their promises and to coordinate with the Canadian consulate in Cairo.


I spend about $5000 on this educational program at the College and issuing all official documents needed. Now this money spent will be totally lost beside my disappointment and desperation.
I am submitting this case to you and still hoping that you will restore my confidence in the Canadian system.
I am hoping that you would study my case. I am sure that there are many like me that were also disappointed with the Canadian consulate in Cairo.
They did not learn the lesson spirit of the Egyptian revolution, January 25 yet.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.

السادة/ منظمه حقوق الأنسان بكندا

تحيه طيبه وبعد

نظرآ للأيمانى العظيم بأن المجتمع الكندى هو المجتمع الأول فى العالم الذى يدافع عن حقوق

الأنسان شجعنى على التقدم بمشكلتى الى سيادتكم لكى أتأكد أن كان أيمانى بصدق ماسمعت

صحيح أم على الا أصدق ما قرأت عن عظيم دفاعكم عن حقوق الأنسان

علمت عن طريق موقع الكليه الكنديه أن هناك برنامج تعليمى وتدريبى لتأهيل المتقدمين

للعمل وأكتساب خبرة التعامل مع المجتمع الكندى

وعلى الفور تقدمت الى فرع الكليه بمصر وكان السادة القائمين بالعمل بالكليه فى غايه اللطف

والتعاون حيث أعلمونى بكافه الشروط والتفاصيل والمصروفات المطلوبه للأشتراك فى هذا

البرنامج وقد وافقت على كافه الشروط والطلبات وبالرغم من موافقتى ألا أن مدير الكليه

طلب منى أن أبداء بجذء من البرنامج فى مصر لمدة أربعه أشهر ثم أستكمال باقى البرنامج فى

كندا حتى أثبت لهم جديه التعاقد من طرفى والتعرف على مدى قدرتى على الأستجابه والتحصيل

وبالفعل تم ذلك وكان الجميع سعداء بمدى أهتمامى وجديتى فى التعامل مع البرنامج التعليمى

وفى نهايه الدورة حصلت على الشهادة الأولى وتقدمت الى الكليه بجميع المستندات ودفع كافه

المصروفات الدراسيه والتدريبيه والأقامه فى كندا التى طلبت منى للحصول على تأشيرة السفر

من السفارة الكنديه بمصر .

وفى نهايه الأمر صدمت عندما رفضت السفارة منحى تأشيرة السفر وكان سبب الرفض من

أغرب مايمكن أن مسئولى السفارة غير مقتنعين بأننى سوف أعود الى بلدى مرة أخرة بعد أنتهاء

البرنامج رغم ألتزامى بجميع شروط الكليه وأيضآ شروط القنصليه

فأنا لاأرى رفض القنصليه ألا تعنت وعنصريه تتناقض مع مبادئ المجتمع الكندى

كما أشك أيضآ عدم المصدقيه فى المؤسسات التعليميه الكنديه والتى لم تستطع تنفيذ ماوعدت به

من تنفيذ برامجها دون التنسيق مع الجانب القنصلى بمصر

وبغض النظر عن الأموال التى قد تم صرفها فى هذا المشروع والتى سوف أخسر جذء منها

فى حدود7000 دولار من أجمالى ما تم دفعه للكليه الكنديه قيمه مصاريف البرنامج بالأضافه

ألى مصاريف أستخراج مستندات وترجمه مستندات للقنصليه.

من أجل ذلك كاتبتكم وأنتم الحصن الأخير للدفاع عن حقوق الأنسان وحتى أسترد ثقتى فى

سمعه المجتمع الكندى الذى أؤمن بعدالته وأنصافه للحقوق البشر

أتمنى من سيادتكم ألا تخيبوا ظنى فيكم وأعلم مدى قدرتكم فى حل هذة المشكله التى تخصنى

وأعلم أنها تخص الألاف أيضآ مما خيبت أمالهم على أيدى عنصريه القنصليه فى مصر

والذين لم يتعلموا من درس ثورة 25 يناير المصريه بعد
